Self Hosting!

After a lot of thinking, Praying, and researching, I have decided Lifewithanillness is making the transformation to self hosting. My blogs have really flourished, and I truly cannot thank you all enough for all of the love and support I have received. Not only am I trying to help others but in turn you all have helped me. Words can’t describe how amazing my blogging journey has gone so far. I have decided to switch because I think this is the next step for me and my blog. I will be switching to, and with that you will no longer receive an email, notifying you that I have made a post. If you would still like to get an email whenever I post, please head to my website, and at the bottom hit follow my blog via email! From my understanding, you will still see my posts in the reader. Thank you again, from the bottom of my heart for all of the amazing support, and the new friends I have made along the way! Lets continue this journey, and make a difference together!

      1. This one you follow by email. There’s a skinny bar that says follow my blog. Then below that at the bottom of my home page it says follow my blog via email you click on it and then you enter your email address.

  1. I switched to self hosting about a year ago as well! my subscribers didn’t have to resubscribe – they still received the email notification once I transferred. Hopefully it’s the same for you!
And, if you have any questions about self-hosting or transferring your blog, let me know!

  2. Wayhey – fab news! You do get a little more choice and freedom with self-hosting. Give me a shout ( if you need any recommendations or help (not that I’m that great with the whole blogging malarky!) but I’ve used two providers now and learned a bit long the way. You’re doing brilliantly so this is a great step towards sharing, helping and reaching more people 🙂
